Traffic simulation and AI solutions for real-time traffic management
Connectivity, cooperation, automatisation and optimisation along the whole chain of mobility services will play a key role in future transport systems. Traffic simulation coupled with advanced data analytics should be prepared and deployed to accommodate this transition to decision support systems, even during unpredictable times. We will be presenting some of the challenges for upgrading the current models with data inference for future transport systems, as well as giving some best practice examples from around the world, showing what is already possible and what is to come.
