13 March 2015, Advanced calibration of mesoscopic and microscopic Aimsun models, New York City

Paolo Rinelli is teaching a one-day course in the TSS office in central Manhattan on the advanced calibration of mesoscopic and microscopic Aimsun models.

The course is aimed at users who already have some experience in Aimsun and the syllabus will cover the following topics:

  • Calibration workflow
  • Procedures to estimate calibration parameters from real data
  • Tips and techniques to troubleshoot calibration issues
  • Validation criteria
  • Importing real data
  • Statistic indicators to compare simulated results with real data

Morning session: 09:00 – 13:00 (including a 15 min break)
Afternoon session: 14:00 – 18:00 (including a 15 min break)
