The material is specifically focussed on North American requirments. Training topics will include:

  • Very large-scale modeling with HOT/HOV lanes
  • Importation from other models, mainly TransCAD
  • Transit Signal Priority (TSP) in cities
  • Hybrid modeling
  • Dynamic user equilibrium (DUE)
  • Congested cities
  • Complex cities

Large-scale meso/hybrid modeling – a full review of the different methodology that a fully integrated framework allows.

In-depth show case of three large-scale Aimsun models developed around the world, each with different methodologies and challenges.

We’ll finish up, as always, with plenty of time for questions and answers.
